Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Therapeutics (“Peak Therapeutics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) when you visit our website, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person. Please read this policy carefully.

What Information We Collect

When you order, register, or otherwise interact with our site, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment/credit card information, and other details to support your experience. We also automatically collect certain technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and site activity) through cookies and similar technologies.

When and How We Collect Information

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to email or text messaging, respond to a survey or marketing communication, or otherwise enter information on our site.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • To process your transactions and fulfill your orders.
  • To improve our website and better serve you.
  • To respond to your customer service requests and inquiries.
  • To administer contests, promotions, surveys, or other site features.
  • To request ratings and reviews of our products or services.
  • To follow up with you after correspondence (live chat, email, or phone).
  • To send marketing communications by email or text message where you have consented.

How We Protect Your Information

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security vulnerabilities to keep your visit as safe as possible. Your personal information is stored behind secured networks and is only accessible to a limited number of people with special access rights, who are required to keep the information confidential. Sensitive and payment information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your device through your browser (if you allow it) that enable the site’s systems to recognize your browser and remember certain information.

We use cookies to:

  • Remember and process the items in your shopping cart.
  • Understand and save your preferences for future visits.
  • Compile aggregate data about site traffic and interaction to improve our site.

You can choose to have your browser warn you each time a cookie is sent, or to turn off cookies entirely, through your browser settings. Because each browser is different, check your browser’s Help menu for the correct way to modify your cookies. If you disable cookies, some features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.

Analytics and Advertising

We use third-party services such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and we may use advertising services such as Google to show relevant ads. These providers may use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies to collect information about your visits to our site and other sites over time in order to measure traffic and serve advertising.

You can control how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page, opt out through the Network Advertising Initiative, or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information for money. We share personal information only as needed to operate our business — for example, with service providers who process payments, fulfill orders, host our site, or deliver our email and text messaging on our behalf. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.

Please note: our use of cookies for analytics and targeted advertising (described above) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out of this activity as described in “Your Privacy Rights” below and through the advertising opt-out tools listed above.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our site does not currently respond to them. However, we do honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by applicable state law, and you can opt out of targeted advertising using the tools described in this policy.

Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)

The CAN-SPAM Act sets the rules for commercial email and gives recipients the right to stop emails from being sent to them. We collect your email address in order to send information, respond to inquiries, process orders, send order updates, send information related to your product or service, and market to our mailing list.

To comply with CAN-SPAM, we agree to:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
  • Identify marketing messages as advertisements in a reasonable way.
  • Include the physical address of our business in our emails.
  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • Allow users to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from future emails, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or email us at info@ptcbd.net, and we will promptly remove you from all marketing correspondence.

SMS / Text Message Marketing

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout, through our website forms, or by any other sign-up method, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (such as offers, product updates, and pet wellness information) from Peak Therapeutics at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@ptcbd.net.

Mobile information and third parties. No mobile information — including your phone number, opt-in, or consent to receive text messages — will be shared with, sold to, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers (such as our text-messaging platform) solely to operate and deliver the messaging program on our behalf, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your participation in our SMS program is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.

Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Privacy Laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, and similar comprehensive privacy laws in other U.S. states. Subject to your state’s law and any applicable exceptions, these rights may include the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we collect about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Obtain a portable copy of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@ptcbd.net. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration; to opt out of advertising-related “sharing,” use the opt-out tools described in the “Analytics and Advertising” section above.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our products and website are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over the collection of personal information from children under 13. We do not market to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information from children under 13 through our site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data Breach Notification

Should a data breach affecting your personal information occur, we will notify affected users by email without undue delay and as required by applicable law. We also support the principle that individuals have enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and the current version will always be posted on this page.
