Subscribe & Save — Subscription and Cancellation Policy

How it works. When you choose Subscribe & Save, you save 7% and your order ships automatically on the schedule you pick, from every 2 weeks to every 2 months. Your card on file is charged automatically on each renewal date at the current subscription price, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email each time.

Cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum number of orders and no contract.

How to cancel. Log in to your account, click My Subscriptions, select the subscription and click Cancel. Or email us at Daniel@ptcbd.net or call 970-884-3422 and we’ll cancel it for you. We’ll send an email confirming your cancellation.

Timing. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. You can see that date anytime under My Subscriptions.

Skip, pause or change. From My Subscriptions you can also skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, change products or update your card at any time.

If a renewal has already been charged. If you cancel after a renewal is charged but before it ships, contact us and we’ll refund that order in full. If it has already shipped, our 30-day Return Policy above applies.
