Peak Therapeutics EVA is made from 100% American Elk Velvet Antler, with no preservatives, colors, or additives. It is non-GMO and sustainably sourced. The antlers are harvested during the ‘velvet’ stage of growth, when they contain the highest nutritional value in the inner cartilaginous matrix.
Timing is key when harvesting the antler as it contains the highest concentration of active ingredients. Our harvesting process is humane, with a veterinarian present. The active ingredients of Elk Velvet Antler
(Cervus elaphus)
provide a natural source of:
- Glucosamine –Produced naturally in the body; plays a key role in building cartilage; the tough connective tissue that cushions the joints.
- Chondroitin – Produced naturally in the body; plays a key role in building cartilage; helps maintain cartilage elasticity
- Collagen – main component in supporting bones, tendons, cartilage, skin and connective tissue; supports skin elasticity
